last minute shopping (Saturday, April 3, 2010)
i love our last minute nature. today we have to run out and hope theres still an easter basket left in stores for T. no, none, zero candy this year. nana and pa took care of the sugar this year by buying veggie tales marshmellow/pure sugar characters. so i'm thinking coloring book, stickers, and maybe an easter dvd or something. i'm resisting the urge to ask for a new outfit to wear for tomorrow since i'm already asking for rain boots (seattle's "spring" sucks).
still no word on whether or not T can i can accompany hubs to so cal in a couple weeks for rsp. he has to call the air field on monday and talk to the CO.
date night last night was wonderful. we saw clash of the titans in 3d and went out for sushi after. the movie was awesome, but i think the whole 3d thing is kind of overrated. blue c sushi was good, but for the price, i think sushiland is a better deal.
final note, i found a 10k training plan that i'm going to start monday. well, tuesday since monday is a rest day. i know i can run 3 miles with no problem but just the thought of adding an extra mile scares me. i really need to stop being chicken and add some speed and endurance/incline work. its weird to me that i'm so interested in running. in high school you couldnt pay me to run the mile every friday! how times change.

About Me
I am Kat/Germs/Plastastik/Pasta Stick/whatever you wanna call me. I never really know what to put in these "about me" sections because i'm not really sure what anyone would want to know.
I guess I could start by saying I'm 26, married with a daughter. I was born in January on the east coast and, over the course of my life, made it to the west. I have a father that lives in China,
a mother, bother and sister back in California. I just recently moved to Washington but I can't wait to move back to California. My husband is military which explains a lot of the moving
but I don't mind it. I see it as an opportunity to show my daughter new places.
If I'm not blogging you'll probably find me on my xbox or on a treadmill. I love both. I've ran my share of 5ks and triathlons and I simply love the thrill of endurance sports.
But at the same time I love loafing on my xbox shooting zombies with my T*HOS. ;) I collect Starbucks mugs and I'm happy to say I recently made my way to Pikes Place Market to visit
the FIRST Starbucks! I love clothes, shoes, purses, accessories and fashion in general. My husband doesn't get this, he always tells me I have too much stuff. But we all know a girl
can never have too much.
I feel like I've really done is rambled, haha! So i guess if you have any REAL questions or want to know anything else, you can drop me a line
or leave a comment in my CBox. :)
